The July 1st, 2025 remarks a jointly initiate research and innovation cooperation in the field of energy between สถาบันวิทยสิริเมธี VISTEC and Kasetsart University

Both institution held VISTEC and Kasetsart University Joint Symposium on Energy Applications. The symposium reflects UNSDG, especially Goal 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy, and Goal 13 – Climate Action. This symposium would not have been possible without dedication and contribution of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apisit Songsasen, KU Vice President for Academic Affairs and Lifelong Learning. With great sadness, both institutions also share the news of his recent passing.

The distinguished speakers participating in the symposium were from both VISTEC and Kasetsart University. For the Faculty of Engineering at Sriracha, Kasetsart University, we are proud to have contributions from Dr. Piyaphat Siratarasophon, which his presentation title was “Towards intelligent energy management in islanded microgrids via smart forecasting and optimal resource dispatch”

Also, thanks to Asst. Prof. Nantawut Sriariyawat, the Vice Dean for Research Strategy and Industrial Development to be part of symposium organizing team.
