
The Faculty of Engineering at Sriracha organized a faculty competency development activity in accordance with the Thailand Professional Standards Framework for Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education (Thailand PSF). The activity aimed to help lecturers understand the background and importance of the Thailand-PSF competency assessment, prepare themselves for the evaluation process under the Thailand-PSF framework, and learn the guidelines for writing a Reflective Account of Practice (RAP) to submit for the competency assessment (Thailand-PSF).
The session was honored to have Asst. Prof. Dr. Sirinthorn Sinjindawong, Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Support and Development at Sripatum University, as the guest speaker.
