Head of research group: Asst.Prof.Dr.Umarin Sangpanich
Mission, Vision and Values
Smart Energy Technology (SET) aims to develop innovation of energy storage system management for improving battery performance and extending battery life for two system categories:
- Power systems, micro-grid systems, industrial electrical systems and stand-alone systems using solar-wind energy systems
- To improve power quality and reliability of systems
- To increase energy efficiency of solar-wind-battery systems
2. Electric Vehicles (EVs) and rail electrification systems
- To increase performance
Academic services:
The SET members give advice on electrical and mechanical engineering by considering environment and energy conservation for the Thai government, industries and communities.
